What does “not the widely available generic” mean?

The same nutrient comes in different forms. Magnesium oxide and magnesium bisglycinate are both magnesium, but they behave very differently in the body. We choose the form by how well the body uses it and how kindly it sits, and we state amounts as elemental, so you know what you are actually getting.

They are designed as separate daily habits that sit at different times: AegisMD with breakfast, ZephyrusMD with your largest meal, PoseidonMD+ or PoseidonMD before training, and MorpheusMD before bed. Take one Poseidon, not both. If you take any prescription medicine, check with your doctor first.

Sealed, unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it or refund it. Write to hello@roz.md.
