The short version

We collect what we need to take and deliver your order, and to let you sign in and see it again. We do not sell it, and you can ask us to erase it.

What we collect

From an order: your name, mobile number, email if you give it, delivery address, and what you bought. Payment details go to the payment provider and never reach us.

From the site: a small amount of local storage so your cart and sign-in survive a refresh.

Who else sees it

The payment provider and the courier, each seeing only what they need to do their part. If you turn on a refill reminder, our SMS provider sends it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it. Write to hello@roz.md and we act within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this notice changes we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
