Returns and refunds
Sealed packs, damaged items, and how the money comes back.
Sealed packs
Send a sealed, unopened pack back within 7 days of delivery and we refund it in full. Write to hello@roz.md with your order number and we arrange the pickup.
Opened packs
An opened pack cannot be taken back. This is the norm for supplements in India, and it is a safety rule rather than a commercial one.
Damaged or wrong items
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace the item or refund it, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the damaged pack back.
How the money comes back
To the same method you paid with, within seven working days of the return reaching us. For cash on delivery we ask for bank details and transfer it.
