Where and how long

We ship across India. Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 working days. Metro addresses are usually at the faster end.

Orders placed after 2 pm are packed the next working day.

Charges

Standard delivery is free.

Cash on delivery adds ₹49, which covers what the courier charges us.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by SMS and email when the parcel leaves us, and every order is in your account. If it stops moving for more than two days, write to hello@roz.md and we chase it.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, tell us within 48 hours and we open a case with the courier. If it is lost, we send a replacement.
